Tina responded quickly to my requests to see properties and what really impressed me about her is that as we walked through the properties, she would take notes on what I liked and didn’t like so that she could narrow down potential properties to show me in the future. Any information I requested on any property, she quickly shared with me, in clear details. I have not bought anything through Tina yet, so I can’t rate her negotiation skills but I am confident that they are excellent. I would highly recommend Tina as your real estate agent.
